So, I won a design contest, but I have instructions to upload my high-res art using the company’s server. They’ve given me the FTP address and the password, but I’m unfamiliar with how to actually upload the file.

I’ve connected with the server and put in the user name they gave me and the password, but all that happens is my finder window opens (I have a Mac) but I can’t see any way to upload my actual file. I’ve contacted them by email, but haven’t heard back from them.

Unfortunately, I’m on a deadline, and if I don’t submit by today they’ll go with another design! Any help would be greatly appreciated…. thanks!

in the finder window, under places there is documents, desktop, applications and a little home symbol with a name next to it. for me, thats the name of my old email address. how do I change it?
