i am looking for a website, where i can down load an ip address check, and a reverse ip address COMPLETLY FREE , i am looking for a program where i can enter a persons id or email address and obtain their ip number, and then enter that and find the aproxx. location or city etc. Most websites that deal with this want to charge you ( and rightful so i guess) but im looking for one that is free…….can some one help me?
