Okay, my wife is trying to find her 6 yr old son. Her ex-husband is not returning her phone calls and we can’t find him. Does anyone have an account with a People Finder? I can’t pay for one at the moment, I’ve already spent a lot of money on an attorney for this issue, i just can’t sit here and do nothing. Please only serious answers or i’ll have to report abuse. I’ve exasperated all other means of finding this guy.

If your wife has custody you need to call the police. Go to http://www.anywho.com and maybe you can find him, it doesn’t cost any money. If her ex husband has full custody, there is really nothing you can do, but if you have joint custody, I say get the police involved, I have been through the same thing you are going through, just call the police, get the whole family searching, figure out where he could have gone and just go. It is crucial that you call the police. My heart goes out to you and I will pray for you. Please post us when you have found your son. Does your wife have custody? just wondering cause if she does and the ex took off with him..I’d get the police involved..if not sounds like she’ll have to go to court to make sure she gets visitation rights. Your local phone company should have a free people finder. I know mine does. Good Luck!
I assume you’ve already gotten the police involved? Don’t hesitate to put up posters, letting people know to keep an eye out for the boy. Put as much information on them as you can. I wish I could be of more help. I will be praying that you are able to find him (I hope that doesn’t offend you. If so, please just ignore it).
I hate to tell you this but I dont think that there is a free way to go with this one. Try intelius. That is probably the cheapest way to try to get help. It will tell you addresses. I would also try his relatives. Sometimes they will fell guilty and not want to get involved but you may be surprised on how much help you can get from someone when the situation is explained. Try calling his work and see if they have info. I would def. let the police and Soc Services in on it too.
Have you ever thought about writing a letter to Montel or Maury, Oprah or any other talk show host? I know that is way out there but if you explain that you have no money for the search, they may be able to help or point you in the right direction. I hope this at least opens some avenues up for you so you can get some help. Good Luck.
I’m not sure where you can go to for as free goes unless you do try Oprah,Montel or Maury….I have seen them help out many a family…On a personal note I have a twin sister and a brother that is 13 months younger than we are…we were taken by our biological mother after she lost custody to our dad..She was a selfish,abusive person but got worse over time. We were 6 and our brother was 5..My (step) Mom dropped us off for school that morning while my bio. mother and her boyfriend was waiting in the parking lot..they waited until (s) mom drove off before they approached us..These were their words..would you guys want to go and get an ice cream before school starts? Being so young and knowing that this is your "mother", of course we said yes!!!! 3 months later our "mothers" boyfriend got busted on some drug charges and he turned her in, I thank God for him doing that each and every day…even though he was wrong to do what he did. The FBI came into the apartment where she was trying to hide us in closets, but of course we come running out into the arms of mom and dad…..Actually what was stated before, question some family members, guilt usually works on any one that has some what of a heart!!!!! Not enough details here, re: custody, police involvement. Husbands can sometimes be found through their jobs or other family members.
