I’ve had my game since June. I’m playing it on my new macbook that i also got back in June. I’ve stopped playing it for about a week now and when i went to play it, it told me to play start a new game, instead of the saved games that i’ve had. I had two saved games, one wasn’t very important but the other one is. I have absolutely no idea what happened. I went in finder > documents > Electronic Arts > The Simes 3 > Saves, and there is nothing in the "Saves" folder. I looked in my trash that i emptied probably two week ago and there’s nothing in there. Even if the saved games were in my trash and i accidently deleted them, i would have absolutely no idea how or why i would’ve wanted to delete them in the first place. Does anyone know what wrong? I tried going on the website, but there’s no email address for contact. i’m very mad, and i would very much would like my saved game back….
