I am trying to look up the user and/or business of an email address. I have tried every search engine to try to find it and have had ZERO luck. I have seen a few sites that are paid but I’m not sure how successful they are, if I know they work it would be worth it because of the gravity of the situation, but I want to be sure before I pay. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!

If you mean you’ve received an email and you want to find out who sent it- you’re out of luck.
The "from" address is set by the sender.

If it’s legit, you could google for the domain (the bit after the @), but if it’s the least bit dodgy, I wouldn’t hold your breath.
